PureVive CBD Gummies Reviews: Legit? Price, Ingredients, Refunds

What the PureVive CBD Gummies label, price, refund terms and drug interaction research show before you order.

Short answer: PureVive CBD Gummies is a hemp-extract CBD gummy sold on its maker’s own order page, and the reviews on that page are the maker’s own testimonials (also searched as pure vive cbd gummies). Its maker says it is designed to support pain and chronic aches, stress and anxiety, focus and healthy sleep. As of November 2, 2026, the sales page lists its price as “FROM $60.00,” and the terms give a 30-day money-back guarantee while the sales page promises “a full 3 months.” Outside research on CBD for pain and anxiety describes potential benefits with uneven quality, and the research on CBD and prescription medicines is the part to read before you order. This page covers the label, price, refund steps, side effects, drug interactions, drug-test risk and how it compares with other CBD gummies.

The December 11 hemp deadline and CBD gummies

A federal hemp limit could change what a CBD gummy bottle is allowed to be. Public Law 119-37, section 781, was signed November 12, 2025. It sets the hemp definition at a total THC limit, including THCA, of 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. It also excludes from hemp final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing more than 0.4 milligrams per container of combined total THC, including THCA, and other cannabinoids with similar effects, according to the Congressional Research Service legal sidebar.

The date has already moved once. Vicente LLP reports that H.R. 6500 moved the THC standard and the 0.4 mg limit from November 12 to December 11, 2026. PBS NewsHour reports that a short-term funding bill made the same change to give Congress more time. This page treats December 11, 2026 as the working date, because that is the law on the books until it changes.

The limit applies to the whole container, not to each gummy. The Congressional Research Service In Focus defines a container as the innermost packaging in direct contact with the final product for retail sale, so the 0.4 milligram limit is measured against the whole bottle.

A separate date applies to some cannabinoids. Vicente LLP reports that the federal prohibition on intermediate and final hemp-derived cannabinoid products containing cannabinoids not capable of being naturally produced by a Cannabis sativa L. plant still takes effect November 12, 2026. For a product-specific answer, ask the seller for a current batch certificate of analysis and consult a qualified professional.

Brands facing the cap can reformulate to fit it, move into licensed state channels, or pause or wind down, according to Vicente LLP. That means a product sold today can change or leave the market. PBS NewsHour also reports that the 0.4 milligram cap is low enough to reach some non-impairing CBD products.

Where a bottle stands depends on the relevant cannabinoid amounts for the whole container. Review the current batch certificate of analysis for total THC, including THCA, and any other cannabinoids with similar effects; the 0.4 mg per-container limit is not a per-gummy limit. Wording such as “full spectrum” or “THC free” on a sales page does not settle it. SAMHSA’s advisory on CBD says most of these products may contain other cannabinoids, including delta-9 THC, so the certificate is the number to read.

Federal rules on CBD go beyond THC. The FDA’s consumer guidance says it is currently illegal to market CBD by adding it to a food or labeling it as a dietary supplement. In April 2026 the agency announced a narrow enforcement policy for some oral hemp-derived CBD products, but the law firm Haynes Boone reports that it applies only to products provided to Medicare patients at the direction of a treating physician. These rules concern how products are marketed and sold, so it is worth looking closely at how a gummy sold online is labeled and who stands behind it.

Congress could still act. H.R. 9830, the Lawful Hemp Protection Act, introduced July 22, 2026, would repeal section 781 and set FDA oversight with milligram limits. It is an introduced bill, not law.

The Congressional Research Service description is written around the product and its container. For what applies to a bottle you hold after December 11, ask the seller or a qualified professional.

Vicente LLP lists these state dates: Ohio’s per-container limit took effect March 20, 2026; New Jersey’s took effect January 13, 2026 for products other than beverages; Illinois is aligned to November 12, 2026; and Rhode Island adopts the federal definition December 11, 2026 with no transition period. State dates differ, so check your own state’s rules or ask the seller or a qualified professional what applies where you live.

If you are looking at a monthly or auto-ship order, give the billing terms a close read. Check what happens to shipments after December 11, and read any return window against that date. Shipping time counts too, so allow for it.

Status as of November 2, 2026: December 11, 2026 is the date in the law as written, and no change to it has taken effect. If you want a CBD gummy this limit could reach, plan to order before December 11, 2026. Sellers facing the cap may reformulate, pause or wind down, so check current availability and shipping time first.

What is PureVive CBD Gummies, and who is it for?

PureVive CBD Gummies is a chewable gummy made from hemp extract. The sales page describes it as “100% Organic | Vegan | Gluten Free” and labels each 20-count bottle 500MG, with 25MG CBD per gummy.

The sales page speaks to adults who want help with aches, stress, focus or sleep. The terms say you must be 18 or older to use the website, and the label reads “Not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.”

What does PureVive say it does?

The maker says the gummies support the following, and the sales page lists them under the product name:

  • Reduces pain and chronic aches
  • Relieves anxiety and stress
  • Enhances focus and clarity
  • Promotes healthy sleep
  • Healthy inflammatory response

The page says cannabinoids “work with your body” through the endocannabinoid system, describes CBD as non-habit forming, and says results “will improve with continued use.”

What does the research say about CBD for pain, stress and sleep?

Eir Health, in its summary of CBD research, says studies suggest potential benefits for anxiety, depression and chronic pain, though evidence varies in quality and strength. For sleep, the studies, doses and side effects are laid out in our CBD benefits evidence (our research library) guide, which is the place to read the trials before you decide.

Its testimonials are described on the page as “individual cases,” and its footnote says the people shown are paid: “Individuals are remunerated.”

What is in each PureVive gummy?

CBD per gummy 25MG
CBD per bottle 500MG

Diet labels 100% Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free

How are PureVive gummies made?

The sales page says the oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, extracted with advanced CO2 technology, and run through triple filtration to remove THC. Read the full ingredient list on the bottle for the gummy base and any sweeteners, which the sales page does not itemize.

How much THC is in each gummy?

Its “THC FREE” headline and its “Includes Cannabinoids” wording also differ from the older “Full Spectrum” wording in the pricing text, so ask which spectrum the product is and request the lab report for the batch you receive.

How much does PureVive cost?

The sales page lists the price as “FROM $60.00.” The bundle tiers below come from the seller’s pricing text, which carries a discount date of “June 4, 2025,” so confirm every total at checkout. Per-bottle and per-gummy figures are the total divided by bottles and by 20 gummies.

Option Bottles Total charged Shipping Per bottle Per gummy
Subscribe and Save, buy 1 get 1 free 2 $120.08 $9.95 $60.04 about $3.00
Subscribe and Save, buy 2 get 1 free 3 $159.99 $0.00 $53.33 about $2.67

One Time Purchase, buy 3 get 2 free 5 $233.75 $0.00 $46.75 about $2.34

A separate block of the pricing text, titled “CBD Relief Gummies Pricing Options,” repeats the per-bottle prices of $60.04, $53.33 and $39.99 under the labels “Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off,” “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” and “Buy 3, Get 2 Free.” It lists $4.95 shipping on the two-bottle pack and free shipping on the larger packs, and a retail price of $79.50 per bottle. The two blocks disagree on the two-bottle shipping charge, $4.95 versus $9.95, so check it at checkout.

Total commitment: the subscription option adds $19.93 per month for a “Health and Wellness Digital Publication.” The pricing text also offers a 1000MG upgrade for $9.99 more per bottle, which is a different strength from the 500MG bottle on the label.

What are the refund, return and cancellation terms?

The seller states two guarantee lengths. The terms say, “We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Pure Vive products,” and the sales page promises “a full 3 months to try” the gummies. Ask customer service to confirm which applies, in writing, before you order.

To return a bottle under the terms, follow these steps:

  1. Call 844-676-4283, 8AM to 9PM EST, Monday through Sunday.
  2. Ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and write it on the outside of the package.
  3. Send the product to the fulfillment center address listed in the terms, and confirm the address on the call before you ship.
  4. The product must arrive within 30 days of the original order date. You pay return shipping, and that cost is taken out of your refund.
  5. After the return is received, the refund goes back to your bank account. The terms say it may take up to 3-5 business days to show on your statement, depending on the bank.

Other rules in the terms: shipping and handling costs are not refundable, you get a single refund per product unless the product arrived defective, and missing name or delivery details delay the refund. Packages arrive within 3-5 business days of payment by USPS First Class Mail. Check your order confirmation for how to cancel future orders. To end the digital publication subscription, call 888-582-5130.

What are the side effects of PureVive and CBD gummies?

The sales page headline reads “NO SIDE EFFECTS.” The research on CBD describes the following effects, and they are the ones to watch for:

What could happen Where it is reported
Nausea and vomiting The 2025 case report below
Fast heart rate and a heart rhythm change The 2025 case report below
Diarrhea and nausea Eir Health’s list of common side effects
Sedation and fatigue Eir Health’s list of common side effects
Concentration and memory impairment Eir Health’s list of common side effects
Changes in appetite and weight Eir Health’s list of common side effects

A 2025 case report in Toxicology reports describes a 26-year-old man who ate a small amount of CBD gummies, 40 mg, in Japan. His heart rate rose from 80 to 165 beats per minute, he developed a complete right bundle branch block and lactic acidosis, and his symptoms resolved with supportive care, including intravenous fluids, with his heart’s conduction back to normal within a week. The authors say further research is needed. 2025 case report on CBD gummies is the full abstract.

Eir Health adds that side effects were more common in people new to cannabinoids and in older adults. Headaches and constipation are not on the lists above. If you notice either after starting, tell your pharmacist or prescriber. The case report describes heart rate and rhythm changes, not blood pressure.

Who should not use PureVive, and who should check first?

The label and terms say the following:

  • Not intended for anyone under 18.
  • Consult a physician before use if you have strokes, high blood pressure, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, diabetes, anemia, depression, anxiety, other psychiatric conditions, or a family history of these.
  • Consult a physician before use if you take any prescription, OTC or other herbal medication.

Eir Health’s guidance for anyone considering CBD is to consult healthcare providers before starting, especially if taking other medications.

What medicines interact with CBD?

Northwell’s guide to cannabis drug interactions explains that THC and CBD can change how the liver breaks down other medicines, so a drug can build up or wear off too soon. Penn State’s College of Medicine pharmacology site lists 139 medications that can interact with cannabinoids. The groups to raise with your prescriber or pharmacist are below.

Medicine group What the sources say
Warfarin (blood thinner) Northwell: warfarin interacts with both THC and CBD, and the dose needs to stay consistent with close monitoring
Anti-seizure drugs, such as clobazam or valproate Northwell: CBD can amplify or reduce their effects depending on the dose
Antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs, including SSRIs and benzodiazepines Northwell: may change how much ends up in the bloodstream
Statins Northwell: may change how the body processes them
Heart rhythm medicines Northwell: metabolism changes could lead to irregular heartbeats or dizziness
Some chemotherapy agents Northwell: may increase side effects or reduce effectiveness
Omeprazole and clopidogrel Eir Health: CBD shows strong inhibition of CYP2C19, which affects these drugs

Eir Health describes a 2023 study of 18 healthy adults who received 640 mg CBD with 20 mg THC, a dose about 26 of these gummies. It found CBD-dominant extracts can significantly affect drug metabolism, particularly CYP2C19 and CYP3A substrates. Eir Health also says clinically significant interactions are more likely above 300 mg of CBD a day, which is 12 of these gummies. Count the 25MG in every gummy you take.

Northwell suggests the Drugs.com Interactions Checker: type your prescriptions along with “THC” or “CBD,” then take the results to your pharmacist or prescriber. For Wellbutrin, that check is the first step, because the sources above do not name it.

Can CBD gummies make you fail a drug test?

Eir Health reports that 69% of commercial CBD products are mislabeled, with 43% containing less CBD than claimed and 26% containing more, and that 21% contained detectable THC. Lab terms also differ from one test to the next, as the thc metabolites and active compounds guide explains, and the THC drug testing and detection guide covers the testing side. Before you rely on the label, ask for the batch lab report showing THC content.

Is PureVive CBD Gummies legit or a scam? What to check before you pay

The order page is live, lists a customer service phone line, and has written return terms, which you can check before you pay. The terms describe the company as the owner and administrator of the website, so the company that runs the site is the company you buy from. The terms call it “Pure Vive Gummies,” the footer reads “Pure Vive CBD Gummies,” and your card statement will show “Pure Vive Gummies 844-203-9923.” Match that number to what you see on your statement.

The terms require disputes to go to individual arbitration administered by the National Arbitration Forum, reachable at 1-800-474-2371 or adrforum.com, and they waive class actions. The sales page shows a countdown timer, says “limited supply,” and states “ONLY 110 Bottles Left In Stock” and a discount “valid until November 2, 2026.” Those are the seller’s statements, and they do not change the refund terms.

  1. Get the refund length (30 days or 3 months) confirmed in writing.
  2. Save the order confirmation, the RMA number, and the date and name of each call.
  3. Search the company name and phone number for write-ups from other buyers before you order.
  4. Check the charge on your statement against “Pure Vive Gummies 844-203-9923.”

How does PureVive compare with other CBD gummies and the usual alternatives?

The sales page includes its own comparison table. Here it is as the seller presents it:

Feature Pure Vive CBD Gummies Other product Pharmacy pill
All natural YES NO NO
Allergic safety YES YES YES
Helps with chronic aches YES NO NO
Promotes better sleep YES YES NO
Enhances your mood YES YES NO
Available without a prescription YES YES NO

The table’s price row reads “FROM $60.00” and “$55+.” Because the table is the seller’s own comparison, use the label fields above to compare any CBD gummy you see beside it: milligrams per gummy, spectrum, THC content, batch lab report, price per gummy and refund length. Readers often compare it with golden touch fusion cbd gummies, Charlotte’s Web CBD gummies, or the Science-Rite Hemp Sleep Gummies if sleep is the goal.

Doing nothing costs nothing. Anything you add, including this gummy, should be checked against your current medicines first.

What to check before you order

  • Get the refund length in writing: 30 days in the terms, “a full 3 months” on the sales page.
  • Confirm your bundle total, the two-bottle shipping charge ($4.95 or $9.95), and whether the $19.93 monthly digital publication charge applies.
  • Ask for the batch lab report showing THC per gummy, and the full ingredient list from the bottle.
  • Ask whether the gummy contains other cannabinoids, such as CBN or CBG.
  • Ask customer service for the company’s full legal name.
  • Check your state’s current rules on hemp-derived CBD. The sales page’s “100% Legal!” is the seller’s statement.
  • Check any prescription with a pharmacist before your first gummy.

When you are ready, the Product Page lets you choose a bundle, and the price section above shows what each one costs.

Short answers to other questions

  • Why are CBD gummies legal? The sales page headline says “100% Legal!” That is the seller’s claim. For Texas or any other state, check the current state rules before you order.
  • How fast does CBD kick in for pain? The seller says “From the minute you take your first CBD Gummy” and that results “will improve with continued use.” For timing in the studies, read the CBD benefits evidence (our research library) guide, and talk with your prescriber about any pain treatment.
  • Can CBD gummies go bad? Check the date printed on the bottle label.
  • Can I take CBD and Wellbutrin together? Ask your pharmacist, or run Wellbutrin through the Drugs.com Interactions Checker and take the result to your prescriber.
  • What CBD gummies are best for sleep? No single product fits every label. Compare the fields in the table above, and see the Science-Rite Hemp Sleep Gummies review for a sleep-focused comparison.
