Weiss says it launched Ratings Plus in 2025 to give members access to its financial database. Weiss says Ratings Plus members get alerts every time a stock becomes a “Buy” for the first time. The company also says the IPO Scores screener became available to Ratings Plus members in August, and that its mobile app lets members check price and ratings changes on the 66,000+ assets Weiss rates.

Weiss also says that every stock rated “Buy” by the Weiss Ratings delivered an average return of 306% between 2003 and 2025, and adds “That’s including the losers.” This is the company’s own figure, not an independent check. Weiss’s Terms say hypothetical performance results have many limitations and that “there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved.” Read the figure as Weiss’s claim, not a promise of what you will earn.
